Ingredients
- •2 cups cranberries
- •1 cup Hawaiian Crushed Pineapple(1 No. 2 or 20-ounce can)
- •3/4 cup sugar
- •4 orange shells(if desired)
- •12 Hawaiian Pineapple Tidbits

Pick over and wash cranberries.

Run through fine knife of food grinder.

Drain Crushed Pineapple thoroughly.

Add sugar and cranberry and mix thoroughly.

Let stand at least ½ hour.

If the relish is to be served in orange cups, cut tops from oranges.

Extract juice and remove membranes.

Make a decorative scalloped edge on each using a small melon ball cutter.

Fill shells with cranberry relish and garnish each with two of the Pineapple Tidbits.
