  • 1 spray nonstick cooking spray(for greasing the pan)
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts(about 1.5 lbs total)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 can condensed cream of broccoli soup(10.5 oz can)
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup (25g) grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup (30g) dry bread crumbs(plain or panko)
  • 1/8 stick (14g) unsalted butter(melted)

    Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

    Season the boneless, skinless chicken breasts evenly with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Arrange them in a single layer in the prepared baking dish.

    In a medium bowl, whisk together the condensed cream of broccoli soup and milk until smooth. Pour this mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.

    In a small bowl, toss together the grated parmesan cheese, dry bread crumbs, and melted unsalted butter. Sprinkle this crumb mixture evenly over the soup layer.
