Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

Season the boneless, skinless chicken breasts evenly with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Arrange them in a single layer in the prepared baking dish.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the condensed cream of broccoli soup and milk until smooth. Pour this mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
